William Anderson

CEO

Bill assumed leadership of Regency Hospital Company in 2007 and brings over 30 years of executive operational leadership experience in the for-profit sector, including Triad Hospitals, Quorum Health Services, HealthTrust, Hospital Corporation of America and American Medical International. Bill also has not-for-profit management experience at Eastern Maine Medical Center. Prior to assuming his current role at Regency, Bill was Division President of Triad Hospitals, Inc., where he managed a group of acute care hospitals and rehabilitation facilities with total net revenues exceeding $1 billion. Bill holds an MBA in Healthcare Administration from Temple University and a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the University of Rhode Island. Bill is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives.

Kenneth Miles

President and Chief Financial Officer

Ken joined Regency in 2008 and oversees the finance, accounting, tax, reimbursement and billing functions of the Company. Ken also spearheads relationships with Regency's lenders and partners with the CEO on all strategic matters. Ken has over 25 years of executive financial management experience including approximately 15 years of experience in the healthcare services sector. His experience includes the successful completion of several M&A transactions and over $500 million of refinancings and lender work-outs in several private-equity financed companies as well as a public healthcare services company. He also worked in public accounting for 5 years at PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Ken is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts (Lowell) and is a member of the Massachusetts Society of Public Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the National Association of Corporate Directors.

George Bruton

Vice President - Construction & Design

George is a founding member of Regency, having joined the company in 2001. He is responsible for the design and construction of all of Regency's development projects, while also maintaining the facilities' safety systems and ensuring that they meet or exceed the Joint Commission accreditation standards governing environment of care. George has over 30 years of experience in construction as a general contractor and project manager with primary concentration in hospitals and healthcare organizations. Formerly, George worked as the Vice President of Construction and Development for Transitional Hospitals Corporation and Community Psychiatric Centers. He also served as owner of his own contracting company, as a manager with a nationwide commercial contracting company and as Director of Development for the State of Florida Construction Industry Contractor Certifications Examinations Department. George studied at the University of South Florida and the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute.

Glenna Carver

Vice President - Risk Management

Glenna joined Regency in 2008 and has an extensive background in clinical risk management, education, patient safety, regulatory and clinical quality as well as medical malpractice claims management. She has 23 years of healthcare experience working as a registered nurse as well as holding various management positions. Prior to Regency, Glenna worked for Community Health Systems as a Director of Clinical Risk Management. Glenna's professional experience includes 9 years with HCA and 5 years with Triad Hospitals, Inc. as a Corporate Director of Clinical Risk Management where she developed and implemented a successful clinical risk management and patient safety program. Glenna is certified in quality and risk management and will shortly complete an advanced degree in healthcare administration from the University of Texas.

Jan Cwynar

Vice President - Hospital Operations

Jan joined Regency Hospital Company in 2003. She brings over 30 years of extensive short term and long term acute care operations experience. Before joining Regency, she served as CEO of Kindred Hospital of Cleveland in Ohio. Formerly Director of Clinical Operations for Select Medical Corporation, she has traveled extensively working with local hospital LTAC leadership to meet clinical and operational objectives. Jan received her Masters in Nursing Administration from the University of Akron and is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International where she has held several leadership positions.

Debra Hinson

Vice President - Corporate Compliance and Chief Compliance Officer

Debi joined Regency in 2008, bringing compliance and regulatory experience as well as a background in non-profit and for-profit healthcare management. Most recently Debi served as the Chief Compliance Officer and Privacy Officer for Piedmont Healthcare in Atlanta and was the Chief Privacy and Information Security Officer for Gwinnett Health System in Lawrenceville, GA. Debi is nationally credentialed in healthcare compliance, healthcare privacy and non-healthcare compliance and ethics. She is also a registered respiratory therapist. Debi earned an MBA from Mercer University, a BS in business administration from Shorter College and an associate's degree in applied science (respiratory therapy) from Central Piedmont College.

Micah Laughlin

Vice President - Information Services

Micah joined Regency in 2002 and has over 15 years of experience in technology operations and infrastructure in the healthcare industry. Prior to joining Regency, Micah served as Vice President of Information Systems for Physician Health Corporation. He also served with Jennings, Ryan & Kolb, a healthcare management consultancy, where he conducted extensive quantitative analysis on strategic and financial planning engagements with a variety of healthcare clients and with Transitional Hospitals Corporation. Micah earned a BBA in Management and an MBA in Computer Information Systems from Georgia State University.

Rod Laughlin

Vice President - Development and Governmental Affairs

Rod founded Regency in 2001. Rod also founded Transitional Hospitals Corporation (THC) in 1992, one of the first LTACH companies in the country. THC grew to 19 hospitals with 5 more in development, before being sold to Vencor, Inc. in 1997. Prior to THC, Rod was Executive Vice President of Charter Medical Corporation's 103 acute care and psychiatric hospitals. Rod spent 2 years with Touche Ross and Company in public accounting, specializing in feasibility studies for hospital projects, and consulting with numerous for-profit and non-profit hospitals on financial, planning and operational matters. He received an MBA degree, as well as a BBA degree, from Georgia State University.

Anne Mullendore

Senior Vice President - Purchasing/Materials Management/Pharmacy

Anne is a founding member of Regency, having joined the Company in 2001. Previous to Regency, Anne was a management consultant to many LTAC companies as a start up expert in contract administration, supply chain management, materials management, hospital interior design and equipment planning. Anne has served as chair person and moderator for the Marketing and Exhibitors Committee at the Federation of American Hospital System for 6 years, and was Senior Vice President of Transitional Hospitals Corporation from 1992 through 1007. She was an Executive Director with Charter Medical Corporation from 1971 to 1990 and supported the company's growth from 8 hospitals to 103 hospitals.

Janet Rail

Vice President - Clinical Operations

Janet joined Regency in 2003. She is a clinical leader with over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry, specifically in operational management for both short-term and long-term acute care hospitals. Prior to joining Regency, Janet served as nurse executive for Transitional Hospitals Corporation and as Chief Operations Officer with Kindred Hospital of New Orleans. She started her career in Memphis, Tennessee at the University of Tennessee Bold Hospital, Regional Medical Center at Memphis and Baptist Memorial Hospital. She received a Bachelor of Nursing degree from the University of Tennessee and an MBA from the University of New Orleans. She serves on the Acute Long Term Hospital Association Clinical Committee and the Professional and Technical Advisory Committee as an alternate for the Joint Commission.

Everett Taylor

Vice President - Human Resources

Everett joined Regency in 2007 and has 25 years of experience as a human resources executive. His professional service as an executive manager in not-for-profit and investor-owned, single and multiple hospital systems includes St. Luke's Hospital and Medical Center and its parent company Combined Health Partners in Phoenix, Chandler Regional Hospital, Catholic Healthcare Partners and Vanguard Health System. He also served for 7 years as a sole-provider management consultant to philanthropic, church, human services and governmental organizations. Everett has provided HR leadership to company formations, mergers and closures. Everett holds a bachelor's degree in sociology, a master's degree in counseling and a PhD in counseling psychology with an emphasis in organizational behavior, all from Arizona State University.
