Paid Time Off (PTO)
Paid Time Off is provided for vacation, illness or injury, personal business, bereavement, and Company recognized holidays.
Extended Illness Days (EID)
Extended Illness Days provide a form of short-term disability insurance for you and accumulate over time.
Comprehensive plans are available for you and your dependents. Coverage begins on the first day of the month following 90 days of continuous full-time employment.
You are provided with a Company paid term life and AD&D policy. Additional supplemental insurance as well as spousal and dependent options are also available.
A voluntary Short Term Disability (STD) is available to you. Long Term Disability (LTD) is provided to you. Regency pays plan premiums.
Continuing Education/Tuition Reimbursement
Regency encourages you to enhance your skills and knowledge. Assistance is provided for job related training and degree granting programs.
