Information related to a patient’s treatment is always confidential and never routinely disclosed. For family members out of the area, information on patients may be given with special permission by the patient. Our nursing staff can explain how information may be readily accessed over the phone with prior consent.
Directions
From the East:Take 412 to 540 South; take 540 South to exit 64 (HWY 16).
From the South:Take 540 North to exit 64 (HWY 16). HWY 16 turns into Wedington Drive, which turns into North Street Stay on North Street to the corner of North and College. Hospital is on left.
