Information related to a patient’s treatment is always confidential and never routinely disclosed. For family members out of the area, information on patients may be given with special permission by the patient. Our nursing staff can explain how information may be readily accessed over the phone with prior consent.

Directions
From 75 South:Take I-75 S. to Exit 164. Go up ramp. Go to second stoplight and turn left on Forsyth Hardeman (Turns into Pine Street). Take Pine Street to Spring Street. Turn right onto Spring Street. Regency is on the left corner.
From 16 West:Take I-75 South and Exit 164. Follow 75 South Directions.
