Patient Information
Information related to a patient’s treatment is always confidential and never routinely disclosed. For family members out of the area, information on patients may be given with special permission by the patient. Our nursing staff can explain how information may be readily accessed over the phone with prior consent.
Directions
I-75 North and South : Take Hopple Street exit. From ramp, turn left onto Hopple Street (which becomes Martin Luther King Drive). Continue up the hill to Clifton Avenue. Turn right onto Clifton. Turn right onto Straight Street and proceed to parking garage, which is on the right.
