Family participation is always encouraged for our patient’s most successful outcome. Special arrangements may be made to accommodate the needs of families.
Patient Information
Information related to a patient’s treatment is always confidential and never routinely disclosed. For family members out of the area, information on patients may be given with special permission by the patient. Our nursing staff can explain how information may be readily accessed over the phone with prior consent.
Directions
From N: Take I-480 east to Route 14 east, then to Route 44. Hospital is just south of Route 14 and 44. Turn right at Chesnut Street.
From S: Take I-77 north to I-76 east. Exit at Route 44 north. This turns into Prospect Street. Turn left onto Main Street. Turn right at first light (Chesnut Street). Turn left into Hospital.
From W: Take I-76 east. Exit at Route 44 north. This turns into Prospect Street. Turn left onto Main Street. Turn right at first light (Chesnut Street). Turn left into Hospital.
From E: Take I-76 west. Exit at Route 14 north. Follow Route 14 to Route 44. Turn left onto Chestnut Street. Turn right into Hospital
