Foster Named Chief Executive Officer
of Regency Hospital of NW Indiana and Porter County

East Chicago, Indiana, June 20, 2006 --- Regency Hospital Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Beverly Foster, as the new Chief Executive Officer for Regency Hospital of Northwest Indiana and Porter County. “We are pleased to have Bev Foster leading the teams in both NW Indiana and Porter County. Bev’s extensive hospital operations and clinical management experience will be a real asset to both of our hospitals in NW Indiana and Porter County as they continue to grow their outstanding clinical LTAC programs,” stated President & CEO, Rod Laughlin.
Prior to joining Regency, Foster worked with RML Specialty Hospital in a senior clinical management position for this 180 bed LTAC hospital located in Chicago. In addition, Ms. Foster served as CEO of Select Specialty Hospital of Northwest Indiana for three years as well as Vice President of Patient Care Services.
Ms. Foster garnered her Masters Degree in Nursing Administration and her Bachelor of
Science in Nursing while attending Valparaiso University located in Valparaiso, Indiana.
