Jacqueline Hoekema, Chief Executive Officer

Jacqueline Hoekema is the chief executive officer of Regency Hospital Northwest Indiana. In this role since 2020, she oversees strategic direction, operations, business development and the patient care experience.

Previously, Jacqueline spent three years as director of business operations for Methodist Hospital’s cardiovascular service line.  In more than a decade with Methodist, Jacqueline held a variety of posts including manager of the heart and vascular institute and cardiovascular revenue specialist.

Earlier, Jacqueline managed the cardiac catheterization lab at Community Hospital, where she also worked as a cardiovascular radiologic technologist. She began her career as a radiologic technologist.

Jacqueline has a master’s and bachelor’s degree in health care and applied science, respectively, from Siena Heights University. She earned an associate’s degree in radiologic technology from Indiana University.
