Regency Hospital Cleveland East – Leadership Team

Dr. Arun Gupta, Chief Medical Officer

Arun Gupto, CMO Dr. Arun Gupta is the chief medical officer of Regency Hospital Cleveland East. In this role since 2009, he oversees multidisciplinary rounds and chairs the monthly physician quality committee.

Board-certified in internal medicine, Dr. Gupta is also chief medical officer at Cleveland Clinic South Pointe Hospital and is a faculty member for its internal medicine residency program.

He previously served on the board of trustees for Meridia Health Plan and Cleveland Clinic’s Quality Alliance, where he chaired the finance committee. Dr. Gupta is a past president of the Association of Indian Physicians of Northeast Ohio.

He conducted an internship and residency at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio and was associate program director of the internal medicine residency program.
