Debra Gosney, Chief Nursing Officer

Debra Gosney, MSN, R.N., is chief nursing officer at Regency Hospital Florence.  In this role since 2016, she provides clinical leadership and promotes patient and employee safety.

With nearly 30 years’ experience in nursing, Debra has worked in a variety of settings, including for Weirton Medical Center as director of medical services and administrative supervisor and St. Joseph Hospital in unit infection control, clinical coordinator, charge and staff nurse.

Debra earned a master’s degree in nursing administration from Wheeling Jesuit University and bachelor’s from West Virginia Northern Community College. Additionally, she sits on the advisory board at Florence Darlington Technical College.
