Director of Business Development

Kimberly Watkins Baldwin, Ed.D.

Kimberly Watkins Baldwin is the director of business development for Regency Hospital - Macon. In this role since 2014, Kimberly is responsible for implementing census development strategies and building results through relationship development with the referral community.

Before taking on the role of director of business development, Kimberly also worked as a clinical liaison, rehab manager, respiratory manager, safety officer and respiratory therapist with Select Medical. Prior to Select Medical, she worked at the University of Phoenix teaching financial management in health care to master degree students and worked as a neonatal and adult care respiratory therapist at Piedmont Macon and Northside Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia. She also worked briefly in the banking industry and served as a leader for a local hospice care provider. During her career, Kimberly has developed a strong background in financial management and organizational leadership.

Kimberly, attained her undergraduate degree in cardiopulmonary science cum laude from Florida A&M University, her Master of Business Administration degree in finance from Mercer University and her Doctorate of Education degree in organizational leadership from Nova Southeastern University.
