Regency Hospital Macon – Leadership Team

Terrell Neal, Chief Executive Officer

Terrel Neal, CEO, MAcon Terrell Neal is the chief executive officer of Regency Hospital Macon. In this role since early 2021, he oversees strategic direction, operations, business development and the patient care experience.

Previously, Terrell worked for St. Charles Parish Hospital in Louisiana, where he was CEO and interim CEO. He was promoted to those roles after three years as the hospital’s chief nursing and operating officer.

Before that, he was vice president of patient care services at Ochsner Medical Center Jefferson Highway.

Earlier, Terrell was a service line coordinator for McLaren Greater Lansing Hospital in Michigan and director of emergency services at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. He began his career as an emergency room nurse.

Terrell has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and two bachelor’s degrees from the University of Southern Mississippi.
