Regency Hospital Porter – Leadership Team

Celisa Williams, R.N., MSN, Chief Nursing Officer

Celisa Williams, R.N., MSN, is the chief nursing officer for Regency Hospital Northwest Indiana and Regency Hospital Porter. In these roles, she plans, directs and mentors nursing staff.

In 2019, Celisa joined Regency as Porter’s CNO and has recently stepped into the Northwest Indiana post. Previously, she spent six years at a long-term acute care hospital, holding positions as a house supervisor and clinical nurse manager.

Celisa received an undergraduate degree at ITT Technical Institute and earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Grand Canyon University.
