Judith McCoy, Chief Nursing Officer

Judith McCoy, CNOJudy McCoy is the chief nursing officer at Regency Hospital Cleveland East. In this role since 2017, she organizes and oversees the hospital’s clinical services, implementing care and quality standards to meet regulatory requirements.

Judy brings more than three decades of nursing experience to the position. Previously, she served in the Cleveland Clinic Marymount Hospital’s intensive and critical care units and as a hemodialysis nursing manager. Judy also worked for the Northeast Ohio Organ Procurement Organization, Lifebanc as a coordinator and director. While there, she lectured locally and nationally on organ donation, participated in research and published in Critical Care Nurse.

Additionally, Judy held positions as a Cleveland Clinic lung transplant coordinator and manager of the inpatient transplant unit.

She earned a Bachelor of Science in nursing degree from Southern New Hampshire University and has been a certified critical care registered nurse for more than 30 years.
